About the Opportunity
Keswick Enterprises Group is a respected, UK-based group of logistics and supply chain companies, with a history of driving operational improvement teams to lead a customer-centric project in Doncaster , with possible opportunities to work across multiple business units thereafter.
This project-based role (3–6 months initially) will suit someone who enjoys driving change through data-led insight, training delivery, and collaborative process improvement. You’ll start on-site in Doncaster and later support other change projects.

The Role
As a Logistics Performance Improvement Specialist , you’ll:
- Evaluate logistics operations using data analysis and process review.
- Identify performance gaps, then propose best practice solutions.
- Deliver targeted training to frontline and management-level staff.
- Create performance dashboards and reports to track impact.
- Support teams in embedding sustainable operational improvements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG logistics , supply chain, or facilities services
- A degree in logistics, business, or a related field is advantageous
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills .
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence with performance data.
- Hands-on approach, flexible working style, and a full UK driving licence
Working Pattern
- Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week .
- Initially on-site in Doncaster , then moving on to your next project
- Travel to client and group sites across the UK may be required.
