  • Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes impacting petrochemical process engineering.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in process engineering, specifically within the petrochemical or chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process design, simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS), and P&ID development.
  • Strong understanding of process safety principles, HAZOP analysis, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
