Desired Skills and Experience

  • Develop P&IDs and process equipment specifications.
  • Perform Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and risk assessments.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution.
  • Support plant commissioning and startup activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior process engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Experience in petrochemical or chemical industry required.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus).
  • Experience with P&ID development.
  • Strong understanding of PHA methodologies (HAZOP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proven project execution experience.
