  • A Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in process development and optimization within the petrochemical industry.
  • Proven expertise in process simulation and modeling software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
  • Strong understanding of reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and separation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and LOPA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional site visits if required.
