Leading UK law firm is looking to hire additional lawyers to join their Tier 1 Ranked Oil & Gas/ Infrastructure team. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package and the role can be based in London, Edinburgh or Aberdeen.
Role Profile:
The Oil & Gas/ Energy & Infrastructure group current advises on some of the largest and most complex energy projects in the UK and Overseas. In this role you will work on a diverse range of energy matters including:
- Oil & Gas
- Renewables
- Power
- Infrastructure (water, transport and regeneration)
- Operations
- Service Sectors
Additionally, you will:
- Advise operators on all aspects of upstream operational contracts, including JOAs, transportation arrangements and decommissioning security agreements.
- Advise operators on field development agreements.
- Advise on diligence aspects of M&A transactions, SPAs and M&A transactions.
- Advise service sector clients (and operators) on contractual issues in relation to all types of specialist service sector contracts, including drilling, seismic, offshore construction, EPCs.
- Assisting the Oil & Gas team in keeping up to date with legal and industry developments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified UK lawyer with a background in Oil & Gas/ Energy/ Infrastructure law.

As the **Sales Manager (Nordics & Northern Europe)** you will help develop sales in the _Oil & Gas, Offshore_ and _Industry_ sectors within our Services business. In this remote role you will focus on following up on leads, finding new opportunities and increasing order intake for both Internal and External customers. You will take ownership from enquiry to order receipt and support the bid process ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.
**In this role you will focus on:**
+ Selling GE Vernova services, maintenance and equipment upgrades to our customers globally.
+ Supporting the internal sales process and acting as an advisor to other regional GE Vernova businesses.
+ Generating a pipeline of opportunities and be able to negotiate and close deals.
+ Winning business in accordance with Business Orders, Margin & Convertibility targets.

+ Proven track record in previously capturing and interpreting customer requirements on a regular basis.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Experience in target account sales and working to given quotas.
+ Flexibility and eligibility to travel domestically within Norway, Scandinavia and overseas on a few weeks' notice for periods of a few days up to a week.
+ Adaptability and an enthusiastic approach - a team player and effective communicator.
+ Based in Norway.
+ Fluency in Norwegian & English, both verbal and in writing.
