Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily compliance checks across the site
- Inspect and assess products at all stages of production
- Identify and report quality issues to the line manager
- Examine raw materials for consistency and integrity
- Monitor shelf-life testing, record data, and report any failures
- Complete and review production paperwork
- Maintain retention samples
- Calibrate probes as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role
- Background in food manufacturing
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for defects
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexible and adaptable approach

Role summary
The person will support the team responsible for quality and regulatory compliance of the portfolio of products and all new product launches. This role will be office based.
