Leading international Pharmaceutical Manufacturer seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Operator to assist in the creation of life-saving drugs.

About the role:

  • Working within GMP Cleanroom environments, you will set up and operate various processes for which you will receive full Production Operator training. These roles work on a Double Day Shift Pattern.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

    li>Assemble raw materials for batches in accordance with received Batch Documentation
  • Working to a production plan deliver batches
  • Transfer raw materials for production
  • Label all batches in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure all materials and components are replenished in preparation for start-up on the next shift
  • Carry out documentation duties required under good manufacturing practice.
  • Ensure areas are maintained/cleaned in accordance with 'good housekeeping' practise and standard operating procedures.
  • Record and communicate any issues affecting quality or efficiency.
  • Ensure all batches and materials are transferred into the Manufacturing services unit to ensure production occurs in line with the schedule.

Skills and experience:

  • Aseptic, Chemical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan
  • Trained in manual handling procedures
  • Health & Safety awareness preferable.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerical skills.

Kinetic PLC is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our clients busy and friendly team on a Full-time basis in Runcorn. For the right candidate the role will become permanent after 12 weeks.

Pay rate:
Flat rate for all shifts - 13.28 per hour.

Shifts:
7am-7pm - Monday to Thursday (First day start 9am start as per induction).
(rotating shift 7am-7pm week one, 7pm-7am week 2, rotating each week).
Initially will start on days only during training but will move onto rotating days and nights (could be within the first few weeks depending on how quickly the role is picked up).

Breaks:
3x 20min breaks, split equally across shift. All breaks paid (paid for full 12 hours).

Role description:
* Candidate will be working on a press machine. They will be taking 2.7m lengths of plastic and running them through the press machine, punching holes at prescribed lengths.
* There will be full training given and the machine is set up so no measuring or technical skill required.
* Whilst this is a basic role, ideally the candidate will be used to a manufacturing environment as it can be fairly monotonous work when you are into the swing of the shift.
* Manual handling is involved in the role as they will be bringing the raw product from pallets up to the machine then back down to the pallet once complete. The product isn't particularly heavy individually, but this will be repetitive so as a result it is a fairly physical role.

What will you be doing?


  • Operating a dryer, producing paper bedding material for Poultry and Dairy
  • Monitor and maintain the drying process ensuring all machines are operating effectively within their design parameters.
  • Monitor temperatures and moisture levels in feedstocks, airflows and products to achieve optimum drying performance.
  • Keep accurate records of production including waste and any issues relating to the drying process
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking bearings and belts etc.
