  • Troubleshoot experimental issues and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external research teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior research scientists.
  • Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical research.
Qualifications:
  • PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience.
  • Proven expertise in drug discovery and development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with various biological assay development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
  • Experience in a specific therapeutic area is highly desirable.
