Background –
This is a superb permanent opportunity with a genuinely very forward-thinking and highly respected GP training practice, looking to add a Clinical Pharmacist to their growing Pharmacy team. You will need to be a prescriber with Primary Care experience and ideally have completed the CPPE Pathway. The practice offers superb progression and development opportunities and is very supportive with any areas of interest you may want to develop. The day to day is very varied but you will work closely with another Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians. This is predominantly a practice based role but there is the option to work 1 day per week remotely and even work full time hours over 4 days as well if preferred.
There is a very generous salary entitlement of up to £65,000 per annum FTE DOE, 5 weeks annual leave plus 1 week CPD plus bank holidays.

The role offers hybrid working with one day per week working from home. An excellent GP surgery in Gosport who are part of a larger well organised PCN are looking for long-term Locum or Salaried Clinical Pharmacist with an exceptional rate of up to £50 / hr or BAND 8A, depending on experience and skills set to join their wonderful service.
Our client who we have worked with for many years are needing some extra support due to demand and seek a long-term / Salaried Clinical Pharmacist, who ideally prescribes and sees patients for minor illnesses. You will join the same day and routine appt team and will have patient facing clinics for SMR and managing long term conditions. There are also medication safety and monitoring, medicines reconciliation, and providing medication support to the wider team. You will have an excellent day set up, alongside a very diverse, hard working and experienced team, where you will be a valued individual.
They score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points and use SystmOne.
You will need to be a hard working and dedicated individual, who seeks to achieve excellent patient care, working autonomously and as part of a team. You will need to be MPharm or OSPAP qualified and registered on the GPhC. Ideally you will have Primary Care, GP Surgery experience, but this is not essential.
