Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical research and drug discovery.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant laboratory techniques (e.g., organic synthesis, HTS, cell-based assays).
  • Strong understanding of drug discovery principles and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with literature databases (e.g., SciFinder, PubMed).
