What you'll be doing:

Assisting the photographer with set-up, lighting and styling for studio and location shoots

Helping to create the perfect shot through positioning, props and equipment support

Taking an active role in social media, sharing and promoting visual content to a wide audience

Editing and retouching images using industry-standard software to professional standards
What are we looking for:

Previous experience or studies in photography or a creative field
-
Confident with photo-editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or similar)

Organised, detail-focused and able to think creatively on the spot

A strong team player with excellent communication skills
-
A driving licence and own transport would be an advantage (on-site parking provided)

Concept Photography is looking for a freelance individual to help us process nursery and pre-school photography orders during our busy and fast paced Autunm season.
We require someone 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with overtime available during busier weeks, working onsite at our office between Willsbridge and Keynsham. If you have a few other existing commitments during the season these can be worked around.
The role involves processing customer orders, making sure the right files go to our lab in the right sizes and quantities, recropping and retouching as required. The process is fairly simple for the right person but requires a high level of concentration and attention to detail to minimise errors and process a reasonable amount of orders a day.
Knowledge of Photoshop is essential for this role, and experience in retouching for a family portrait studio or similar is preferred.
The position is Freelance, paid at £14 per hour.
The position is available for immediate start, and will last until around mid December.
A paid half hour lunch break is included as part of a full working day. There is free on-site parking.
