We are currently looking to recruit a time served pipe fitter for a very long-term role (permanent for right person) in and around the Mold area. Experienced working on petrochemical sites/pharmaceutical/oil and gas sites is essential. This is not a commercial works.

The candidate must be able to measure (point to point) to enable fabrication and understand pipework isometric drawings to enable fabricating/installing new pipework.

He/she must be willing to liaise with the client and client operations (to enable permit signing and requests) as there may be periods, they will be on site alone. They must also be able to works as a team, as at other periods they will be working in small teams. They must have a full clean driving licence.

This work is outside of IR35 so we can payroll limited

Our Client, a large engineering company are looking for experienced pipefitters to work in and around Manchester.

Must be comfortable with ABS Pipework and stainless and carbon steel pipework fabrication. Candidates must be comfortable tacking your own pipework in TIG.

Must be comfortable with using pipe bending and threading machines and being able to read from isometric drawings.

Must have CSCS or CCNS & be able to test out in the Liverpool workshop.

Rates are: £25 basic / £5 after 8 hours / £  weekend

Isla Rose is searching for an experienced mechanical/pipe fitter for a well established engineering business based in Cheshire.

As an mechanical/pipe fitter you will be based in Crewe and required to travel nationwide to install, commission and service water pump equipment. This role will involve the odd night away from home so applicants must be flexible. Overtime hours will be available and a typical working week is 45 hours or more. The successful candidate will be a part of a two man team sharing a van working with a nationwide team of engineers.

Applicants must hold a City and Guilds in mechanical installation, fitting or maintenance. Other desirable qualifications include CSCS, CSTS and confined space training.
