Our client, a leading manufacturer of Nutritional Supplements, is looking for an experienced Plant Maintenance Technician (Fermentation) to join their team and to work on their state-of-the-art fermentation facility based in Port Talbot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain steam systems, including boilers, components, and controls

  • Maintain compressed air systems and associated equipment

  • Oversee HVAC and humidity control systems

  • Maintain and replace pumps and valves (manual, pneumatic, modulating)

  • Handle and maintain systems using liquid nitrogen and industrial gases

  • Monitor and maintain fluid and chemical dosing systems

  • Maintain pressure vessels, chilled water, and vacuum systems

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with safe systems of work and isolation procedures

Requirements:
