Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on both electrical and mechanical systems

- Working on critical systems including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, BMS, and pumps
- Maintaining detailed records and logs of all work completed
- Supporting building operations during both day and night shifts as part of a well-established engineering team
- Ensuring all work is performed in line with health & safety standards and site procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial or critical environment
