+ Expertise in Cloud Platforms: Strong understanding of one or more cloud hyperscalers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Bloomberg Engineers build the applications our clients rely on to not just stay informed, but stay ahead of the market. We connect supply and demand across all asset classes on worldwide exchanges.
The Market Risk team is currently at the forefront of Bloomberg's Risk offering. Our team builds Risk solutions for both buy-side and sell-side enterprise clients in the Terminal and programmatic APIs. We employ a wide range of technologies to help us manage our distributed calculation farm that handles billions of computations daily. We continue to expand our offering specifically in the risk domain, to support a wide range of technological and product requirements. Some of our recent work includes the speed up of VaR calculations and horizontal scaling of our calculation farms.
We'll trust you to:
+ Work directly with product owners to build products that our clients use to tackle complex problems
+ Take ownership of technical solutions, development and delivery to production
+ Develop in all levels of an application stack, from the client to server side
+ Be open to learning and using any language needed for the role (mainly C++)

**EMEA Cloud LoB & Business Technology Platform (BTP) Services** is a regional team under the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) organization. It is chartered to run thr Services Business of Cloud LoB BTP - specifically around Integration, Successfactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, CX, Extensions, Clean Core, Data & Analytics, Process Automation and Gen AI. The team is helping customers innovate to accelerate their Cloud journey.
The team is focused on SAP's strategic **Business Technology Platform & Cloud LoB,** working closely with various LoBs/Local MU's/Sales/Pre-Sales Units in EMEA to enable and support Services Sales and help with delivery of Clean Core, Integration, Extension, Data & Analytics, Automation and Intelligence topics on S4HANA, SAC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, FieldGlass, Concur, C4C, etc.
SAP offers an opportunity to highly motivated individuals to support the BTP Services Team in the areas of **Team Co-Ordination, Administration, Designing Presentation & Research** on BTP Topics. This position requires the individual to be very well versed with IT, Web Technologies, and a very good working knowledge on MS Office (particularly PowerPoint), MS Teams and related tools.
**SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
**Responsibilities & Tasks**
+ Working with Architects of different pillars of SAP BTP and understanding discussed solutions. Preparing the relevant meeting notes and architectural slides,
+ Creative ability to come up with the right pictorial design of proposed solutions on MS PowerPoint,
+ Independent research in order to interpret, understand, and visualize content in the most effective manner and **transmit the message with clarity,**
+ Quick understanding of SAP processes, roles and tasks of Demand Generation areas within the SAP Services Sales Organization. Co-ordination and keeping track of tasks and action items,
+ Maintaining, creating, & following up on a list of various Services Sales Leads and Opportunities,
+ Organizing calendars and co-ordinating team meetings/events related to the Services Leads/Opportunities. Maintaining regular communication and keeping track with the stakeholders.
**Skills Required**
+ Must have skills on MS Teams and **MS Office Tools.** Extensive knowledge of all PowerPoint features,
+ Must have **creative skills** and the ability to visualize a complex concept using tools for designing purposes,
+ Must have knowledge of **Web Technologies,** some programming experience and very well versed with IT,
+ Must have **problem-solving skills** with the ability to comprehend technical solution and draw them in pictures,
+ Must have **co-ordination skills** with excellent time management and ability to work in multicultural teams,
+ **Knack for innovation** - good understanding of latest technologies, SAP BTP, IoT, Blockchain, AI, etc.,
+ Ability to independently **research** about new innovation areas involving edge technologies,

About The Role:

We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to drive and execute the product vision and technology roadmap, responsible for leading the engineering team at Radilink.

You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and implement architecting of the Radilink platform.
• Oversee the security of the organization and product ecosystem broadly.
• Set and manage software development processes, from setting team cadences to growing high quality and velocity.
• Work closely with the Product team to foresee their needs on the platform/Infrastructure side and manage the team's capacity on the Platform.
• Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
• Act as a mentor to team members.
• Manage technology budgets and time frames.
• Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• 2+ years as a Lead, managing and inspiring engineering teams.
• Proven experience in fast-paced FinTech environments, scaling horizontal products.
• Deep expertise in fintech, especially in payments, smart contracts, and stablecoin technologies.
• Skilled in building and launching products from ideation through iteration and scaling.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience building within web3 / with blockchain technologies, understanding of financial markets, and stablecoin economics.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
