What will you be responsible for?
As a Mobile Plumbing Engineer, you'll be working within the FM Hard Services Team supporting them in all FM related works with a bias towards Mechanical Maintenance across a variety of sites.

Role Overview:
As Plumbing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of plumbers and multi-trade operatives delivering high-quality plumbing repairs and installations in occupied and void social housing properties. You will oversee work quality, ensure compliance with regulations, manage materials and schedules, and act as the key link between operatives, tenants, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of directly employed plumbing operatives and subcontractors.
Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Carry out pre- and post-inspections of works, addressing any issues promptly.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team on-site.
Monitor health and safety compliance across all sites.
Coordinate with the scheduling and management teams to ensure efficient delivery.
Assist with recruitment, training, and development of operatives as needed.
Liaise with residents and stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting via company systems.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a social housing or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems, building regulations, and health & safety.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
