We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumbing Technician with an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and a strong background in commercial plumbing . Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings such as offices, retail units, and industrial facilities.

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to complete work to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and building regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving license.

You will be expected to provide day-to-day co-ordination of the workshop, technical and teaching facilities by working with the team of staff to ensure effective support is provided to both staff and students.
