About the role.Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Campaign Management Analyst at The Very Group, you'll play a pivotal role in selecting customer and prospect contacts across all channels, ensuring our campaigns are timely, relevant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, well-targeted campaigns, with a focus on automated, event-driven communications.
- Create and schedule campaign data for over 400 million customer contacts annually.
- Ensure all customer communications comply with data protection legislation, customer preferences, and internal suppression criteria.
- Set up campaigns to enable accurate reporting and run validation reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide profiling and respond to ad hoc business queries.
- Review and interpret campaign results and recommend changes to improve future campaigns/activity.
- Continuously enhance the selection process to improve business performance.
- Relevant experience in a direct marketing environment, working with large-scale databases to create data extracts for multiple channels.
- A degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Unica Campaign or similar CRM tools (desirable).
- Proficiency in SQL coding and basic analytics.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data extracts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of data protection legislation and its impact on marketing activities.
