**Operational support to the institutional clients:**

Our Coleshill based client has been established for almost 40 years and are recognised market leaders in the design and development, manufacture and distribution of an impressive portfolio of solutions for supply throughout the world, and are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Support professional to complement their professional and successful Sales team covering a period of Maternity.
Reporting to the Sales Coordinator and working a 38hr week, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders into the in-house CRM system efficiently and accurately.
Tasked with assisting the company in achieving and exceeding company objectives and KPIs, you will deal with customer enquiries via the telephone, providing information on price and stock availability as well as problem solving and finding resolutions to any customer issues.
A confident communicator at all levels, you will make out bound calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account or order and provide product assistance and liaise with colleagues to ensure the correct information is provided. Working alongside sales engineers you will ensure customers are receiving the best assistance and will liaise closely with the purchasing and manufacturing departments within the business to ensure customer requirements are met.
Other duties will include picking and sending product samples to fulfil customer requests and following up of quotations as and when required, as well as assisting with contacting customers to advise of new price increases and discount terms where required and handling returns for customers that want to return goods, estimating handling charges and organising the return and credit process.
To be considered for this exciting and varied fixed term contract Sales Support position it is envisaged that the successful candidate will possess a solid portfolio of GCSE's and A levels and at least 1 years' experience gained in a customer service or sales support position. You will be a confident user of the MS suite of packages with experience of SAP / ERP proving distinctly advantageous, as would experience gained in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
With a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication and organisational skills, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results.
