About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright PPC Specialist to join our friendly digital marketing team. Key responsibilities
- Daily management of PPC accounts and paid advertising
- Competitor analysis

- Budget management across advertising channels
- Applying and ensuring Google best practices where appropriate on Google Ads and respective best practices for other paid advertising channels
- Identifying new ways to grow, enhance and optimise paid advertising channels
- Creating in-depth reports to analyse data and calculate important metrics (CLTV, CAC, Retention Rate) to help guide paid acquisition strategy.
Key skills
- A strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising with a minimum 2 - 5 years' hands-on experience (required)
- A keen interest in paid advertising, paid search and digital marketing trends
- In-depth knowledge of paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads
- Deep understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, quality scores, ad rank and other components of paid search
- Experience writing compelling written content for ads quickly
- Experience managing paid search campaigns that use automated bidding
- Have an exceptionally high standard of English and grammar
- Passionate about attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards throughout your work
- Excellent analytical skills to help evaluate and improve paid search performance when assessing auction insights and identifying opportunities for campaign optimisations

Your role as PPC Executive
As a PPC Executive, you will play a key role within our Paid Media team, delivering best-in-class paid search and display campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with your manager and team to ensure campaigns are strategically sound, performance-driven, and aligned with our agency values.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the building, implementation, and optimisation of paid search and display campaigns, with a focus on generating targeted traffic and driving conversions. Main Accountabilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of paid search strategies aligned with client goals
