What You Bring:
Experience with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory and processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Must have experience with structured data management and migrations.

Experience with data transformation techniques to support system migrations and data integration efforts
Experience, technical customer-facing and with a background in Analytics / Data Science or Data Engineering.
Proven pre-sales experience or equivalent customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Systems Architect, etc.).

? Your responsibilities:
Partner with our account executives and prospects in use-case validation calls as the technical expert to uncover how they can leverage solutions including, custom templates, Knowledge Graph and our APIs.
Scope prospects business and technical needs, including tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points to ensure Writer can feasibly execute against
Conduct discovery on existing processes, identifying and quantifying current business pain and proposed impact of Writers solutions to address
Build custom templates for customers, lead feedback reviews of the templates, and then conduct additional fine-tuning to meet customer criteria
Lead proof-of-concept pilots of Writer by building solutions to validate technical requirements
Act as the technical lead for RFP responses and evaluations

- Confidently present your technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm outlining cost savings and business benefits.
- Provide technical support during the sales process to Business Development Managers, Account Managers & Clients.
- Create configuration documentation, based on proposed solutions, including network diagrams, statement of works and technical designs.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within an MSP environment such as presales, support, project management or technical delivery.
- A solid understanding of core product sets including M365, Azure, AVD, Windows Server and associated storage/hardware solutions, Networking Solutions including HPE, Meraki and SonicWALL, Cyber Products such as MS Defender, Bitdefender, Mimecast and Rocket Cyber.
- Experience in scoping and designing technical solutions in SME businesses.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly.
- Full drivers licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Experience in producing high quality commercial proposals including design, solution overview and pricing.
