As a FoodProduction Assistant at Sodexo in Chesterfield Royal Hospital , you'll play an importantpart in preparing and serving nutritious, comforting meals that support patientrecovery and wellbeing . What You'll Do
- Follow specified cooking and preparation methods to maintain high production and service standards.
- Complete all production documentation (e.g., temperature records) to comply with hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor production and wastage according to daily modis sheets.
- Deliver ward order requests as directed and complete all related delivery documentation.
- Accurately collate paperwork for food service forms and numbers.
- Clean service equipment using mechanical dishwashing and hand washing; maintain kitchen cleanliness per safety management standards.
- Report mechanical defects to the duty supervisor and comply with all training requirements, including food safety and health & safety certifications.
- Follow food safety legislation guidelines and complete operational tasks or requests as directed by management.
