As a Teacher within our central Early Years Team you will support the delivery of consistent, high quality early learning & childcare services to improve the outcomes for children across North Ayrshire. This will be a peripatetic teaching role with a focus on pedagogical modelling and enhancing professional learning across services delivered by the Council and our partner providers. Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to join their esteemed early years centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK . This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 3-5 years. You will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate Montessori curriculum, observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining open and effective communication with parents. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Montessori qualification (e.g., AMI, MACTE) or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification and have a genuine love for early childhood education. You will be skilled in classroom management, creative lesson planning, and creating a child-centred approach to learning. Experience in a similar role is essential, along with a strong understanding of child development principles. You will be expected to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Responsibilities include:
