PRESENTATION OPERATOR (Midnight - 8AM/ Night Shift)
Working as part of a small team you will liaise closely with clients to produce high end corporate presentation materials using corporate branding guidelines as well creating functional, bespoke presentations / documents with ad hoc look and feel templates. Confidently communicating with bankers in a professional and helpful manner, you will take responsibility for the execution and deliverance of all output. You will be proactive with ensuring the delivery of materials to agreed deadlines and managing client’s requirements with professionalism and accuracy.
EXPERIENCE
Experience of creating PowerPoint Presentations and Word Documents within the financial services industry. Experience of working in the presentations team of a bulge bracket bank with high work-volumes and also within a smaller financial services team
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Proficiency in Acrobat (including adding and amending watermarks, headers & footers, security, scanning, redaction)
- A working knowledge of Photoshop preferred or a strong willingness to self-teach
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent customer service skills, confident to liaise with all levels in the company to the highest levels of professionalism
- Possesses a critical eye in terms of accuracy with excellent proofing skills
ATTRIBUTES

HMP Parc Prison is a Category B men's prison located in Bridgend, Wales. The prison accommodates individuals who have been convicted of various offenses requiring secure custody and rehabilitation. The prisons aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. The prison's mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.
Role Responsibilities

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification - with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months

The successful applicant will be required to work collegiately with our heads of Fine Art and Visual Communication to support students in these pathways within the Foundation team.
