We are looking for a Presentation Designer to work mainly remotely with occasional trips to the London H/O. The hours are 2pm to 10pm so would suit someone who has other commitments during the morning.

HMP Parc Prison is a Category B men's prison located in Bridgend, Wales. The prison accommodates individuals who have been convicted of various offenses requiring secure custody and rehabilitation. The prisons aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. The prison's mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.
Role Responsibilities
As a Tutor, you will develop and deliver high quality, learner focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards, in line with Novus Gower policies and procedure. You'll support learners and colleagues alike to ensure the best outcome for all who work within our sector. Please see the attached role profile for an overview of general role responsibilities. Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification - with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- Have experience of creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
- Have experience of achieving of quality targets
- Have experience of producing accurate and timely reports
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to motivate and enthuse learners
- Have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload, and meet deadlines and targets

The Foundation programme has developed many professional and academic associations with the Creative Industries via external projects, industry links, staff research, exhibitions and work placements.We are looking for a Fine Art contemporary practitioner with experience and knowledge of Visual Communication to teach in both specialist areas. The successful applicant will be required to work collegiately with our heads of Fine Art and Visual Communication to support students in these pathways within the Foundation team.
This is a practical hands-on teaching role developing students Art and Design practices, drawing, materials exploration and creative thinking skills in a studio-based environment.
Key Requirements:
