As a Product Development Vice President, you will be the sole point of contact and escalation point for all product, technology, and operational inquiries related to assigned projects. You will lead Financing projects on behalf of the business from inception through to implementation, ultimately accountable for meeting these mandates. You will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to deliver commercial and robust product solutions related to Stock Borrow Loan, Pricing & Rates management, Analytics & Optimization, whilst satisfying the Regulatory agenda.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the sole point of contact and escalation point for all product, technology, and operational inquiries related to assigned projects.
  • Lead Securities Financing projects on behalf of the business from inception through to implementation, ultimately accountable for meeting these mandates.
  • Identify profitable, efficient product enhancement concepts that reflect revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with functional groups to deliver effective strategic solutions, on time, and on budget.
  • Ensure the product investment is clearly aligned to commercial business objectives.
  • Partner in creating the product roadmap, defining the business requirements, and managing sponsored deliverables throughout the development cycle, ensuring tangible and successful end-to-end delivery.
  • Conduct business analysis by collaborating with trading, sales, middle office and technology partners to understand their current processes and pain points, identifying opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Work experience in Securities Lending & Prime Brokerage
  • Extensive product knowledge and expertise directly in product development.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to determine the business goals that clients want to achieve and the products/processes that will support those goals.
  • Ability to think strategically in designing end-to-end solutions, re-engineering business and operational processes as required.
  • The role requires a logical mind, perseverance, the ability to communicate ideas well, and the ability to effectively target messages to different audiences.
  • Gather information through process mapping, flow-charting, data analysis, and make recommendations to meet product objectives and workshops to determine and develop improved process engineering, prepare presentations.
  • Lead programs across multiple streams of work simultaneously while balancing the business, client, and regulatory needs versus budgetary pressures.
  • Empower team members and functional partners to succeed and deliver value-added solutions to the business.

**The Role**
The team is seeking an experienced product management lead with a passion for the credit / fixed income markets to help the team drive the innovation of credit solutions within our fixed income index business. As a member of this team, you will be at the heart of product development and strategic growth, contributing to pioneering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be a team player, be flexible and have a can-do attitude. As an experienced member of the team you will client engagements, and manage both client-driven index request and broader index projects. Experience in indexing and/or fixed income is a requirement, as is a desire to learn and grow. As product management lead you will represent our indices and index solutions to clients, presentation skills including the creation of presentation collateral is critical. About the Role:
As the Senior Director of Product Management at One View, you will spearhead the strategic vision and execution of UKG's One View Product and play a pivotal role in driving our product innovation strategy forward. This role requires a balance of high-level strategic thinking, people leadership, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that our One View product delivers seamless, user-centric experiences that align with our broader business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
+ Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the One View platform, ensuring alignment with UKG's overall product strategy and business goals.
+ Working with the broader suite Product team to ensure that our strategy and execution align to the suite vision.
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, Cloud, UX, and business teams to deliver a unified and compelling user experience.

Execution & Product Development:

Qualifications & Experience:
Required:

+ Experience working in high-availability and compliance-driven environments.

The Sr Manager role will lead key product and operational charters within the Billing & Payments ecosystem and Chargebacks, as well as drive geographical expansion and Internal partnership strategies across the EU.
