Principal Designer - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35 - London based (with site visits)
An award winning practice has reached out looking for immediate assistance. They are looking for an experienced Principal Designer to join them to assist with a major commercial project in London on a contractual basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team and clients with strong building regulations knowledge.
- Providing advice and reviewing the projects and design all aligns to standards.
- Support the project which is currently at stage 3.
The project is an office building based in Central London. The role would be outside IR35 and require visits to site, either to be done on full time or part time hours.
