Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist with current professional registration.
  • Significant post-qualification experience (5+ years) in adult mental health services, with demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health legislation, policy, and best practice frameworks.
  • Experience in clinical governance, risk management, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex clinical and operational issues.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Experience of working in a hybrid model, combining office-based duties with remote engagement where appropriate.
