Your Time At Work:
As a Print Inspector your duties include:
- Visually inspect a component to ensure it meets acceptance standards. Point of Sale industry
- Physically measure components and tools to ensure they meet design and standard specifications.
- Strictly follow planning sheets/work instructions for the inspection activity
- Identify and report all non-conformances and follow quality procedures.
- Liaise with the production operators regarding quality requirements to drive continuous improvement.
Our Perfect Worker:
Our perfect worker will have a good work ethic and high levels of concentration, you must be reliable, have good time keeping skills, be flexible, honest and trustworthy. You will be able to read, understand and interpret an engineering drawing and technical documentation and have basic mathematical arithmetic.
Applicants will show good attention to detail and an appreciation for high quality products and procedures and have a strong willingness to learn and take instructions. You will be able to participate in root cause investigation and help implement effective corrective actions.

You must be able to commit to working rotating weekly shifts – 6am – 1:30pm (MonFri) 1:30pm-9pm (Mon-Fri) and 9pm-6am (Mon-Fri)
I'm looking for candidates who have experience operating Polar guillotines, MBO folders, Heidelberg Folders, Heidelberg Cylinders, Heidelberg Stitchers. Full training is provided if your experience is within other areas of finishing.
The Role
- To gain a full knowledge of the range of print finishing equipment operated by the department.
- Undertake support tasks as required by the Finishing Manager.
- To help to achieve team and individual targets as set by the Finishing Manager.
- Maintain a tidy and clean work area ensuring that the work area is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
