The RoleThis role involves advising fund sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, formation, and operation of private funds across private equity, hedge, debt, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital.
Key responsibilities include:- Structuring and launching private funds across multiple asset classes.
- Negotiating fund terms on behalf of institutional investors.
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, including LPAs and investor side letters.
- Advising on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Supporting clients on secondary transactions, including GP-led restructurings and liquidity solutions.
- Engaging in cross-border work with the firm’s New York office, with opportunities to travel to the US.
