Due to continued success and recent expansion plans, we are looking for CAT D/ PSV drivers to join our team in a very busy circuit with very good earning potential.
We will give full guidance assistance to all suitable applicants in gaining the appropriate taxi licence (badge). Drivers already licensed with Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Wolverhampton Council are required and favourable rates of rent charged.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage overall marketing technology eco-system (platforms, systems, tools) as systems expert and technical owner liaising with the Tech team and 3rd party providers when required
- Create a roadmap of marketing lifecyle programs to accelerate customer funnel across all customer stages. From Lead, Onboarded stage, to attrited stage.
- Manage lead capturing and lead conversion tools like Abobe Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce
- Create, manage and influence MarTech product roadmap and strategy
- Develop tools and capabilities to enable full funnel marketing attribution
- Co-ordinate with team of software developers to develop and manage website backend
- Manage marketing and candidate quality dashboards and spearhead lead generation machine learning tool
- Measure the effectiveness of user journey and marketing campaigns utilising A/B testing, web analytics and CRM software
- Build, maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack that improves and scales overall marketing function effectiveness, performance, and use journey
- Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms
- Ensure marketing automation best practices and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements; document and lead training for marketing automation processes, multi-stage automated program development, lead scoring architecture and management, and trigger-based programs

Basic Qualifications
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager with strong problem-solving, creativity, and operational rigor to drive operational excellence and scale Amazon Freight Operations.
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be a thought leader in Labor efficiency responsible for short-term and long-term labor planning and continuous productivity improvement of Amazon Freight operators, implementing the strategic vision that meets our customersu2019 needs and business performance goals. You will play a central role in our global business and keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Retail teams and everything in between. Youu2019ll help us optimize our supply chains to make our vendor experience even better and our business more cost efficient.
You will be responsible for driving key improvements and enhancements to existing operations.
A successful candidate should be able to see the big picture to find the best solution for Amazon and for customers, think long term and influence Senior Leadership.
Key job responsibilities
- Fully own Amazon Freight Operations labor planning workstream, create innovative solutions using data and constantly improve labor planning modelling while ensuring alignment with business strategy and balancing with tactical business needs.
- Own productivity measurement and reporting mechanisms, develop next level of productivity metrics (detailed headcount cost tracking), deliver ad hoc productivity reporting and analytical deep-dives.
- Together with the Amazon Freight Operations team, identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the business, assessing the impact on the existing set up and defining the trade-offs between customer experience and cost.
- Be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with senior leadership of stakeholder teams to ensure alignment.
