**Job Description**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Supports with analysis of performance, problem solving coaching and linkages to the supply chain business plans across the organisation.
+ Assists the Operations Leaders with their reporting to the satisfaction and requirements of the Value Stream Leaders(VSL) and Head of Operations Business Ops
+ At value stream level, proactively identifies opportunity and facilitates improvement projects across S,EHS,Q,D,I,P
+ Collaborates closely with the Site FLIGHT DECK team and supports the Value Stream teams achieve compliance to standard, clearly evidencing a robust application of lean tools and continuous improvement
+ Work closely with VSL to drive activity to ensure target achievement through daily management, clear line of sight to performance management and to the business plan and strategy for the value stream.
+ Reporting to the Head of Operations Business Ops, will ensure alignment to the centrally defined manufacturing and business strategy & direction.
+ Requires specialised knowledge within the function.
+ Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
+ Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
+ Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
+ Uses high level of judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Significant experience in Manufacturing & Operations management.
+ Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

• Business acumen and sound judgment, with a clear understanding of financial drivers and their impact on outcomes.
• Strong operational and process-oriented mindset essential for understanding and optimising complex processes
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
