Primary Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to the Procurement team and wider internal stakeholders - this support will include: spend analysis, opportunity analysis, supplier / market analysis, preparation of business cases and tender analysis / scoring.
- Prepare regular reports for the Procurement team and wider internal stakeholders.
- Support the management and maintenance of the HSF Kramer Procurement systems (Purchase order, Contracts Database, Spend Cube, Sourcing etc.) including training and providing user support.
- Support and provide input on transversal procurement initiatives such as Strategic Supplier Evaluations, Diversity in the Supply Chain, Procurement Social Value etc.
- Respond to internal stakeholders and external clients inquiries and develop professional internal client relationships
