This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to shape and grow a regional business that supports public sector clients across the Southwest.
You'll be joining an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has a long-standing reputation for delivering quality frameworks and procurement solutions in construction and housing. * Working with the wider senior management team to contribute to national strategy and cross-regional initiatives.
* Bringing energy, ideas, and commercial know-how to a close-knit, multi-functional team - mentoring and supporting colleagues to do their best work.

What we're looking for:
* A senior-level background in commercial leadership, sales, business development or procurement - ideally in construction, housing, or the wider public sector.
* Someone who enjoys getting out and meeting people, understands what clients need, and knows how to lead a team to deliver.
* A strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves - comfortable switching between spreadsheets, high-level planning, and team coaching.
