Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement help desk services, PO/GR processes, and system queries
- Oversee supplier onboarding, vendor data, and SLA compliance

Role Overview:
As the Procurement Operations Lead you will take ownership of procurement delivery operations for our client, including managing the central buy desk, overseeing PO administration, and driving process governance and category planning. In this role, you will lead, train, and develop a high-performing procurement Operations desk team responsible for renewals sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order execution, and supplier management to deliver cost savings and improved performance. You will manage a pipeline of indirect procurement projects aligned with client and EBIT objectives, ensuring prioritisation, timely delivery, and alignment with onboarding, SOPs, and change management processes. Acting as a key escalation point, you will maintain strong stakeholder engagement, provide strategic procurement guidance, and support decision-making through data-driven insights. You will establish and lead a spend control tower to validate purchasing decisions, challenge spend where necessary, and promote compliance. Tech-savvy and systems-oriented, you’ll work confidently across tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Workday, Oracle, and ServiceNow, driving efficiency and global collaboration across teams in the US, UK, EU, and Asia.
