**About the Job**
As a Product Consultant, you will play a crucial role and responsibility in delivering a range of consultancy services; training, data transfers, implementation assistance and advice for our Brightly products which is mainly deployed in the Public Sector/Local Authority Domain. This is primarily for our industry leading enterprise asset management software, enabling asset owners and partners to manage assets collaboratively, but may include our other globally used products.
The Product Consultant role is home-based (ideally within the UK) with a requirement to travel to various client sites within the UK and some opportunity for international travel.
**The Product Consultant will be responsible for:**
· Providing consultation, structured training courses, configuration, data transfers, report writing and implementation assistance
· Advising clients on best practice business processes and the successful set up and operation of Brightly products
· Deploy the implementation of Brightly products as advised by Project Manager and working collaboratively with the team
· Developing and reviewing supporting documentation and tools - always looking for ways to continuously improve
· Self-motivated to develop new skills or techniques to grow and develop a career
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:**
· Experience as a Product Consultant or in a similar role
· Confirm expertise is desirable but not a pre-requisite
· Attention to detail and effective communication skills
· Technical abilities - SQL, Excel skills, ETL tools, XML, GraphQL
· Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment
· Innovative person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Willingness and ability to travel

**About the opportunity:**
The Consultant works directly with clients (either on site or virtually), to drive the implementation process and empowers clients to quickly make use of their Brightly products. A day in the life of this role will include interviewing supervisors to identify operational needs of the software, configuring and importing data into the application as needed, training end users on using the application and supporting clients as they go-live. You will collaborate with the Engagement and Implementation teams by providing documentation of services provided, as well as outlining any outstanding Implementation needs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Traveling to client locations to implement software, train, and provide user support
+ Consulting virtually or on site for software configuration
+ Providing feedback and input on client-industry and CMMS standard processes
+ Using existing client data and processes to successfully implement Brightly's software
+ Collaborating with other CSC teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service
+ Providing succinct handoff documentation and prescribe vital follow-up activities for clients' implementation needs. Documenting and communicating activities and results internally and externally.
+ Relaying critical client and market needs to the Product Management team, to guide decision making in our Agile Development Cycle
+ Promptly engaging project managers and other Brightly collaborators when implementation projects stall
+ Continuously seeking new knowledge and development within Brightly products, client industry, processes, and professional skills.
+ Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
This role is remotely based in the United Kingdom, with a mixture of on site and remote delivery.
Your success is grounded in:
+ Experience using or implementing CMMS software
+ Prior experience in the manufacturing industry in operations, maintenance, or facilities
+ High comfort level presenting to and interacting with clients at all organizational levels
+ Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
+ Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in MS Office suite, SQL or ETL Tools experience is desired
+ Adaptability to change within a fast-paced environment in a growth-oriented company
+ A continuous improvement attitude, focusing on individual development as well as the team and the company
+ Full clean UK Drivers License.

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Product Security Consultant to undertake in-depth security reviews and assessments across embedded, mobile and IoT platforms. This role involves low-level security analysis, vulnerability assessment, and providing expert guidance on secure system design for both hardware and software components.

In this role, the Analyst, ERP Business Analysis Identifies and analyses business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure.
You Will:
- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, and Regional Trading Companies to ensure accurate and timely implementation of material changes and new product setups. Share knowledge and provide support to internal stakeholders regarding ERP and PLM data requirements.
- Research business requirements, developing detailed specifications, and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively.
- Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to material master data processes. Ensure alignment with data governance standards and contribute to improving data quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Support documentation and standardisation of processes.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through SAP module(s).
- Support and contribute to global continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, governance, and scalability of material data management practices.
- Create, maintain, and update material master data in the ERP system and associated PLM applications (e.g., Teamcenter), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Coordinate material changes and new product setups, manage relevant data fields and pricing, and support data extension across global regions.
- Manage and maintain accurate Material Master Data within the organisation’s ERP systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistency across regions and functions to support on-time, first-time-right product delivery.
- Set up and maintain part data in the ERP system, managing critical data attributes including descriptions, classifications, and pricing, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant implementation of material changes and new product introductions.
- Enforce data principles and standards to maintain the highest level of data quality and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve material master data issues in ERP and PLM systems (e.g., incorrect flags, missing or inconsistent data, pricing errors). Liaise with relevant departments to clarify requirements and prevent recurrence. Provide timely support and troubleshooting for data-related queries.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in material master data management.
About You:

- Two Years of Experience of SAP ECC6.0

- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite Applications.
