Mobility Product Demonstrator Salary and Benefits

  • £30,000 - £5,000 - dependent on experience
  • li>Company car (a new vehicle that is fully kitted out)
  • Commission (pays on average ,000 - ,000 per month)
  • < i>37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Mobility Product Demonstrator Candidate Requirements

  • Previous mobility product experience or similar would be hugely advantageous. 
  • li>Take a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering the right solution for each customer.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • li>Demonstrate empathy with their customers.
  • Be able to understand the technical aspects of our vehicle adaptations (a level of self-learning is expected in addition to the comprehensive training provided), demonstrate the products effectively and comfortably in a manner that gives the customer the level of confidence they need.
  • Have good IT skills with competency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Be highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Have a clean driving licence.
  • Regular travel and ‘some’ over-night stays are required for this role.

We are seeking a data-oriented Product Specialist to join the Product Management team for our small molecules business. Our products (under the Tocris and R&D Systems brands) support researchers across the life sciences, providing high quality, innovative chemical tools to catalyze advances in science and medicine. The successful candidate will lead and support a broad range of activities, including: product data creation and management; competitor intelligence and analysis; and technical product support. This will include generation and curation of scientific content for individual product website pages, as well as providing technical product insights to inform marketing content generation. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to leverage AI tools for data analysis, automation, and providing insights into the Life Science reagent market. You will have a scientific background and expertise/interest in data models and dataset management.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Generate, curate, and ensure integrity of all product-related data on internal systems
+ Identify and implement changes to continually improve product data management to ensure processes are streamlined and robust, and product data is accurate
+ Create and manipulate product data reports as required
+ Generate and continually optimize scientific content, such as product descriptions used on our website and in marketing collateral.
+ Produce quality technical writing that connects with and informs target audiences, carefully researching and interpreting data to clearly communicate key pieces of relevant information
+ Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices
+ Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and provide timely reporting on new trends or business intelligence
+ Proactively provide data stewardship of product meta-data, such as licensing information
+ Use your scientific background and knowledge to support small molecule-related technical inquiries from Product Management, Technical Services, Customer Services, Quality teams, Sales, and others.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**
+ Master's degree (PhD preferred) in a Life Sciences subject, Chemistry, or a related field

**Knowledge, Skills, Personal Qualities and attributes**

Job Description

Opportunity to work in Medical Devices Deliver expert in-theatre support to consultants and nursing staff during knee and hip surgeries, ensuring optimal product usage and procedural efficiency. Provide clear, accurate guidance on product indications and surgical techniques to orthopaedic consultants and theatre teams. Maintain exceptional customer service standards through hands-on training, inventory management, prompt deliveries, and proactive support during surgical procedures. Facilitate regular educational meetings and training sessions to promote correct usage and awareness of the client’s product portfolio. Role requirements: Clinical background i.e. either an ODP/ Scrub nurse/ Theatre nurse/ Radiographer/ Physiotherapist etc Full UK driving licence
