Job Description

Who is Nul?

We’re Nul — a new kind of health company helping people change what they consume, starting with alcohol.

We believe better health starts with better choices, not more rules. Our mission is to make it easier for anyone to cut back — and feel good doing it.

We’re early, ambitious, and building with urgency. If you care about health, behaviour change, and building world-class products from the ground up — we’d love to hear from you.

Backed by repeat founders with multiple successful exits, Nul is an early-stage company offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of alcohol reduction in the UK.

What are we looking for?

We’re hiring our first Product Manager to help us build, ship, and scale our next generation of health tech tools.

You’ll work across mobile and web platforms — likely as the only PM for a while — which means owning the product end-to-end : from user research and discovery through design, development, QA, and release. You’ll collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and the founding team to shape both short-term wins and long-term strategy.

You’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves — whether that’s gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, debugging a user flow, or testing a release. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a start-up, can-do mentality and a deep appreciation for beautiful, functional products .

This role is not for someone who just delegates. We want someone who gets into the product, uses it daily, and works closely with everyone — from backend developers to brand designers — to get things done.

You might be a fit if you:
  • Have 3–6+ years of product experience , ideally in telehealth , health tech , consumer wellness , or behaviour change
  • Have shipped products across mobile and web — and understand the nuances of both
  • Are comfortable collaborating across functions — with engineers, designers, commercial teams, and leadership
  • Have a data and research driven mindset — and use both to guide priorities and evaluate outcomes
  • Are confident writing user stories , acceptance criteria , and product specs — and running QA when needed
  • Have experience owning the full product lifecycle , from discovery to delivery to iteration
  • Think analytically, make decisions pragmatically, and measure what matters
  • Are obsessed with user experience — and care deeply about building beautiful, usable, high-quality products
  • Have a genuine interest in AI — and its real-world applications in health and behaviour change
  • Experience in start-up or early stage ventures: Thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and aren’t afraid to fail and learn
What’s in it for you?
  • A rare opportunity to own product at an early-stage, mission-led startup
  • The chance to shape not just what we build, but how we build
  • Deep collaboration with the founding team and early ownership of product culture and process
  • A front-row seat to the intersection of AI and health
  • A competitive salary plus meaningful equity
  • Freedom to build, break, learn , and build again
How to apply

If this sounds like you, please upload your CV, a short intro, or anything else that helps us get to know you better. If you have any questions please contact
