THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:
- Define product positioning in the market and shape how programmes are presented to prospective students.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and inform strategy.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new programmes, partners, and pathways.
- Partner with universities and internal teams, acting as the face of the organisation in building and strengthening relationships.
- Manage account marketing: develop partner-specific strategies, maintain regular engagement, and ensure key actions are followed through.
- Deliver compelling messaging that highlights the value of programmes and resonates across global markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align activity with broader business goals.
- Apply commercial acumen to prioritise marketing initiatives that drive student recruitment, revenue, and long-term opportunity.
- Use agile approaches to streamline launches and scale repeatable processes across multiple markets.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, within a global or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to define product positioning, craft go-to-market strategies and deliver successful launches.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to connect marketing initiatives with revenue growth and business objectives.
- Experience managing partner or client relationships, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing teams, and driving alignment.
- A self-starter with both strategic vision and hands-on tactical delivery skills.
- Familiarity with agile methods and product-focused ways of working is a strong plus.
