The Role
This is a strategic, hands-on position where you'll manage all aspects of Google Ads and SEO across both LBC Exterior Cleaning and Avisan.
Your core mission: maximise conversions at a profitable cost per lead while increasing organic visibility and authority for our websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Local Services.
 - Continuously test, refine, and improve conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
 - Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and local SEO for both brands.
 - Implement advanced Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) tactics to ensure visibility within AI-powered search results.

About You
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management for service-based businesses.
 - Skilled in managing high-converting PPC campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
 - Strong understanding of technical SEO, link-building, and content optimisation.
 - Knowledge and interest in Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and emerging AI-driven search tools.
