We're working with a leading consultancy delivering a number of exciting digital transformation programmes across UK Government and are looking for experienced Senior Product Managers and a Senior Product Owner to join upcoming engagements.

These roles will support a variety of high-profile projects, including AI innovation, data and nature recovery, live digital services, and products moving through Discovery, Alpha and into Beta.



The Role

You'll work within multidisciplinary Agile teams to shape and deliver user-centred digital products, collaborating closely with policy, delivery, design and engineering teams to define product vision, prioritise backlogs and drive successful outcomes.



We're looking for candidates with:

  • Recent UK Government/GDS Product Management experience

  • Strong experience delivering Discovery and Alpha phases

  • Proven ability to develop product strategy, roadmaps and prioritise based on user and business value

  • Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management across business, policy and technical teams

  • Consultancy experience is advantageous



Contract Details

  • Up to 450 per day

  • Inside IR35

  • Predominantly remote

  • Occasional travel to London or Manchester (typically 1-2 days per week)

  • Start dates from 27th July and 3rd August

About the Opportunity

As a Product Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring MoonPay’s products and services are designed and operate in full compliance with global and local regulations. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, Legal and Risk teams to ensure compliance through the entire product development lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto, blockchain technology and complex regulatory landscape.

What you will do
  • Product Compliance: Be embedded with Product and Engineering to ensure that compliance requirements are incorporated from product ideation through launch and ongoing management
  • Serve as the primary compliance liaison for Product, Engineering and Design teams you’re aligned with, facilitating their work
  • Consolidate compliance requirements from various stakeholders

  • 5-7 years of experience in compliance

The team

The Product Strategy team sits within the overall Product division and is responsible for shaping the firm’s product offering and driving innovation to ensure alignment with client needs and the anticipated investment landscape. It is responsible for setting the overall product strategy, defining the product range, identifying opportunities, and working closely with the Investment and Distribution divisions to evolve our strategies and help focus commercial activity. The team leads strategic product initiatives for the firm, owning the process from idea through to execution, working closely with the Product Development and Governance teams to own the Product Lifecycle.

What you’ll do

Analyse client needs, competitive dynamics & the investment context—in collaboration with Distribution, Product, and Investment colleagues—to define our product and solutions range

Proactively provide market intelligence and trends

Ensure Schroders' product set is optimised to meet evolving client demand and stay competitive and relevant against the investment landscape

Analyse Schroders' investment product offerings and compare to competing products to support favourable positioning strategies

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

Relevant experience in financial services or management consulting, ideally in a client-facing, front-office team

Direct knowledge of the asset management industry from a strategic perspective preferred but not essential

Strong data analysis, and presentation skills

Structured approach to solving problems using a data-driven approach and a variety of sources to refine and validate ideas

Proactive team player with a strong commitment to high standards and getting the job done

Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to establish and maintain productive, cooperative working relationships, and the presence to effectively engage and influence stakeholders

**What Will You Do?**
+ Lead the full bid and proposal process
+ Drive business development and secure new opportunities
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver winning solutions
+ Work closely with Proposal Engineers and departments including Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Procurement, and Operations to build competitive, high-quality offers.
+ Apply technical value selling and market expertise
+ Use strong technical understanding and commercial awareness to position Turbo Compressor technology effectively.

+ 5 year's relevant industry experience - e.g. Energy / Industrial markets.
