The Product Marketing Specialist - ADL is responsible for the development and execution of targeted marketing growth strategies for Automation, Digital and the Blended Learning (ADL) portfolio, a ~$10M business.
This position reports to the Marketing Director for Enterprise Solutions, Aseptic Filling, Automation, Digital, Blended Learning, Process Development and Validation Services businesses within the Hardware Solutions operating company. The role will be an on-site role.
Key responsibilities:
+ Marketing strategy and planning: Develop and implement the annual marketing growth plan for the ADL business unit, aligning with broader organizational goals.
+ Campaign development: Design and execute targeted, omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline growth across key segments.
+ Content creation and sales enablement: Collaborate with product management, sales, creative agencies, and Marcom to create compelling, persona-driven messaging and sales tools-including case studies, digital assets, and value propositions. Lead go-to-market efforts for new product launches as part of Launch Excellence.
+ Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and global/regional marketing teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all channels. Serve as the subject matter expert for ADL portfolio-specific new product introductions (NPIs).
+ Market and competitive intelligence: Conduct voice-of-customer (VOC) research, monitor industry trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategy and refine product positioning.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
+ 5 years' experience in marketing/ product management/ sales/ marketing communications with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences and/or the Biopharma industry.
+ Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans and managing marketing projects (e.g., content development, campaign management), with knowledge of building the marketing funnel and sales processes.
+ Strong leadership, communication and collaboration and project management skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in matrixed environment
+ Strong business acumen, financial, organizational and relationship building skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel globally 10% for external customer facing meetings and internal Kaizen workshops.

This position is responsible for the execution of defined services that supports the area and hotels digital business needs. The Digital Specialist Manager role is comprehensive and will ensure completion of defined tasks as requested by the Hotel Account Managers who oversee a portfolio of hotels.

Education and Experience
+ 3+ years' experience in an online agency or client services position is required or equivalent experience

+ Responsible in launching digital marketing campaigns (Display, paid search, email, Social etc.) by working with Marriott approved agencies/vendors. PLUS etc.
+ Coordinate execution of online marketing efforts for regional campaigns with performance marketing & F&B teams.
Supporting Operations
+ Serve and pull through Continent & regional campaigns. This requires the approved solicitation of hotels participation with coordination of Hotel Account Managers.
+ Coordinate and Ensure the development of tactical landing pages, testing and optimization of continent and regional campaigns with all specialists.
+ Implementation and workflow process management of all content optimization requests for the digital field marketing teams.
+ Manage the timelines and onboarding of new hotel hotels across the continent in terms of contracting and all account set up with support of specialists.
+ Ensure expert training and support to hotels by working with managers to elevate digital knowledge.
+ Support with defined projects as outlined by the Senior Manager to ensure the overall performance of the team, its areas/markets and participating hotels.
Relationships & Processes
+ Develop knowledge and work with vendors and agencies to improve turnaround and campaign execution.
+ Manage relationship with key vendors to drive scalability of efforts and implementation consistency (e.g. Digital HQ, Tripadvisor etc.) and platform development oriented at better tracking/conversion
+ Execute all in-house campaign processes, including but not limited to campaign review, hotel billing, briefing, etc.
+ Where appropriate, develop, support and implement new processes and track output to improve efficiency for the team.

**Digital Marketing Executive**
**London**
At CBRE we are actively investing in new technology and capability, and are now in the need of a new digital marketing executive to support our busy European Digital Marketing team. This role will work closely to support the current team across various platforms and processes, including in assisting: rolling out and supporting new technologies including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and our new client facing Preference Centre; regional web marketing campaigns; providing user support across a variety of platforms including our website CMS; and support and approvals for over 1,000 users of our existing email campaign tool across Continental Europe (CE).

Marketing plays a crucial role in this by instigating and managing end-to-end campaigns that start in the media and digital space with brand building, through to developing relevant and timely content for relationship building and lead generation directly into the business.

**What you will be doing:**
Marketing Technology (Initially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Preference Centre):
Assist the regional martech lead in supporting the expansion of marketing technologies across the CE region:
+ Working closely with the regional martech lead and the regional D&T team to support the development of our email and marketing automation centres of excellence for our businesses across CE;
+ Assist with tasks related to marketing automation projects, such as audience segmentation, email deliverability, tracking email performance, and helping to grow the opt-in database per market;
+ Making data accessible and actionable within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for local markets, including maintaining data extensions as well as ensuring maintenance of stable data integrations between SFMC and external systems, such as Sales Cloud, or third-party applications and databases;
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC campaign execution;
+ Identify queries from local markets and write them into user stories for development, testing and quality assurance;
+ Develop and maintain documentation for agreed processes and configurations.
CMS: Sitecore
Working with the European Digital marketing team to:
+ Support Sitecore (CMS) users across Continental Europe. Assist with day-to-day queries, providing guidance on best practice, training new users, and existing users on new functionality;
+ Champion CE requirements at the global level from both from a technical and strategic perspective. Ensure multi-lingual requirements are considered with ongoing platform development and building business cases and functional documentation for functionality required by CE countries;
+ Update and author content across CE corporate websites including regional Insights and other project-specific webpage updates.
Campaign Logic
+ Provide user support and approvals for over 1,000 users on our global e-communications platform, Campaign Logic, enabling the creation and sending of research emails, newsletters, property marketing, invitations and surveys;
+ Support includes new account set up, user and platform support, training documentation maintenance and GDPR related tasks.
Other Digital Platform Support
+ Provide support on access, user queries and training on digital marketing tools including Qumu (video hosting platform), SEM Rush (SEO), Conductor (SEO), Looker Studio (Analytics), and Yext (Business listings management), among others.
**What you will need to apply:**
+ Experience in working in a digital marketing environment
+ Understanding of digital marketing platforms and processes
+ Experience with platform management
+ CMS Experience, ideally Sitecore
+ Email and Marketing Automation experience, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
+ Strong analytical abilities
+ Experience delivering training in a business environment
+ Relevant relevant digital marketing experience

+ Fast learner and ability to adapt to new information and deadlines quickly
+ Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively at all times
+ Manage time effectively while managing multiple priorities and projects concurrently

+ A strong team player with high levels of energy and enthusiasm to stimulate creativity, lateral-thinking and positivity in all interactions
+ Confident and effective written and verbal communication, and project management skills.
