Over time, you’ll build the structure, systems, and processes that allow Flyp to scale 10x while keeping homeowners happy and deals moving. If you thrive at the intersection of property, product, and performance , this is your chance to build a category-defining operational engine. Key Responsibilities Oversee and scale operations - ensure smooth running of onboarding, vendor management, and viewings through the team leader and ops team, keeping performance on track.
