What you will be doing

This role’s purpose is to directly support the professional printing business group (Ricoh Graphic Communications) to ensure the allocated product and service portfolio meets company objectives (market share, growth, revenue and gross margin), is market-ready and orderable, and is accepted and understood by all sales channels.

  • To ensure all products & services are orderable on the back-office systems.
  • Manage the Promotions and Pricing process to ensure all funds are claimed and collected from Group HQ and Suppliers
  • Own & maintain relationships with key Supply Chain Management & Business Operations teams to ensure stock availability & distribution of the products & services.
  • To be the principle contact for nominated Third Party Suppliers to manage the associated activities required to build a compelling offer.
  • Act as primary contact for the specialist product portfolio to meet the company goals of revenue, unit sales & strong profit. Including responding to Sales queries
  • Drive the professional printing portfolio roadmap to include a successful launch programme and the management through its lifecyle.
  • Create Sales Enablement tools to ensure business confidence & success in promoting the portfolio. To include training coordination, building effective presentations & event participation.
  • Support the messaging & content that enables the successful promotion of the portfolio through campaigns, PR, advertising & promotions.
  • Manage the product performance to include regular financial & unit reporting, customer evaluation & competitor analysis that ensures the products are fit for the target market(s).

You will ideally have

  • Some experience in B2B Product Marketing Management ideally within the professional printing sector
  • Strong administrative skills, working on company back-office systems
  • Graduate caliber and/or significant marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the communications mix, together with a competency of digital marketing
  • Understanding of agile marketing methodologies
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Experience of managing supplier partnerships
  • Ability to learn new and complex technologies so that concepts can be communicated at all levels of the organisation
  • High attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills i.e., margin, markups
  • Ability to manage cross functional project teams to achieve results
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple projects / tasks
  • Copywriting & editing skills

Reporting to: Product Marketing Manager

Overview:

Our client is a leading workplace solutions provider, specialising in end to end product marketing, distribution, and procurement services. Operating from a central hub in Normanton, they support multiple wholesale, retail, and e-commerce brands by partnering with major suppliers to develop scalable marketing strategies and seamless supply chain operations across the UK and Ireland.

The Product Marketing Executive will join an 11-member product marketing team, collaborating closely with corporate marketing and all sales functions. Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you'll help plan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing activities across the group's key brands to drive sales growth and strengthen supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and activate category-specific marketing and Marketing Development Fund plans

* Brief internal creative teams to produce campaign artwork and collateral

* Create, schedule, and monitor supplier-generated social media content

* Manage quarterly end-user marketing materials: liaise with suppliers, verify artwork, and oversee uploads

* Develop pitch packs and showcase proposals to secure supplier buy-in

* Experience with SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media management.

* Proficient in digital marketing tools; experience with WordPress and HubSpot desirable.

* BA/BSc in Marketing or equivalent

* Copywriting experience for editorial and press materials

* Creative flair and a proactive, tenacious mindset

  • We are looking for someone with experience of Category Planning, Product Management, Pricing strategy, Project Management, FMCG / Consumer Products and Competitor and Insight Analysis
  • The ideal candidate will be a Self-starter with a Proactive hands-on approach, they must have excellent Influencing skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally

Experienced Product Marketing Specialist required to join a leading global distributor of test & measurement products based in West Yorkshire.

The right candidate will come from an electronics, instrumentation, or engineering background and will be providing strategic guidance on content topics and formats, overseeing internal and external content writers and editing their work for accuracy, relevancy and quality.

The Product Marketing Specialist job based in West Yorkshire will be:

- Great at communicating and working with different teams.

- Always looking for ways to improve and bring new ideas, especially when creating community programs and content.

- Well-organised and able to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time.

- Experienced in reading and understanding technical documents to figure out what tools, parts, and setup are needed for testing products.

This role is offered on a flexible, remote-working basis. You will ideally currently reside in West Yorkshire.
