Product Marketing & GTM
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for Roda BI across care-sector personas.
- Plan and execute tiered launches (Major/Minor/Growth) end-to-end.
- Convert customer insights into benefits-driven campaigns and roadmaps.
- Competitive intelligence & win/loss: maintain battlecards and sales insights.
- Build and deliver sales enablement kits (decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, battlecards, interactive guides).
Demand Gen & Digital Growth
- Design and run demand programs across LinkedIn, paid search, content, SEO, webinars, partnerships.
- Implement AI-powered marketing automation (HubSpot + AI copy, image/video gen, predictive analytics) for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
- Use AI tools to test, personalise, and scale content across multiple channels while measuring impact on pipeline, CAC, and ROI.
- Run ABM programs for priority accounts and partner closely with Sales to accelerate deals.
Traditional Marketing Foundations
- Brand ownership: consistent voice, identity, and campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Content marketing: high-quality case studies, whitepapers, ROI stories.
- Events & community: webinars, roundtables, and sector events that build credibility.
- Manage external agencies/freelancers to extend delivery capacity.
Analytics & Reporting
- Operate an AI-enabled, data-driven marketing stack for automation, attribution, experimentation.
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on pipeline £, MQL/SQL/SQO, CAC, LTV/CAC, funnel conversi , launch adoption.
- Own the marketing budget and deliver strong ROI.
Requirements
What You’ll Need To Have:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS/software marketing with proven GTM & product-launch ownership.
- Track record of pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Deep understanding of traditional marketing channels (brand, content, events, PR, SEO/SEM).
- Proven expertise in AI marketing tools.
- Comfortable with rapid change, lean resources, and startup execution.
- Strong communication/storytelling skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Stakeholder management: can influence up, down, and sideways with confidence.
