Due to company expansion, an opening to join a well, established company, within their production department based in Corby, Northamptonshire as a Production Operative has arisen. We are looking for a Production Operative who possesses previous experience working within a fast-paced packing environment.
- Packing products efficiently and accurately ready for dispatch
- Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Complete relevant paperwork to company standards
- Follow company Health and Safety procedures ensuring that these are always adhered to.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and time lines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Palletise boxes to quality standards.
- Identify and communicate any issues or challenges related to the packing process, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
We would expect the successful Production Operative to possess previous experience in a similar role be an excellent communicator and a real team player who enjoys being part of a busy team. You will be supported one to one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked as a Production Operative, Production Packer or a Production Assistant. As the successful Production Operator you will have the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
You will be joining a worldwide company. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role offers variety daily. The organisation is renowned for the delivery outstanding quality products & services, and they are keen to recruit an FLT Driver who strives to offer the same.

To prepare completed materials for distribution, this includes packing, wrapping and labelling. Also responsible for supplying the production team with raw materials to complete job orders.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Perform production duties such as manual lifting (up to 25kg), packing, taping and labelling products.

- Maintain the working area, keep all equipment clean and tidy and follow all safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as required.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Ideally you will have a forklift licence, but not essential.
- Experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Be self motivated.
- Be a keen learner.
- Be results-orientated.
- Be physically fit due to the demand of the job.
