We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join one of the leading employers in the region. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process and work closely with the team to achieve the best results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and required specifications.
- Reading and comprehending manufacturing instructions accurately and using the in-house IT system.
- Ensuring production lines run at full capacity while maintaining quality standards.
- Taking prompt action to address faults and identify issues.

- Taking stock that has finished production
- Ensuring correct stock layout, quantity and quality is correct on pallet and that the finished pallets meet quality standards.
- Using pallet trucks to move pallets.
- Previous experience in production / warehouse / stock is essential
- Ability to keep up with production demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Typical working hours as a full time Production Operative:
