Job Description
Sick of being stuck in a warehouse with no progression or variety in the work?
Here's what's different.
You'll be working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment - packing, sorting, quality checks, and supporting technical machinery. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and you'll actually be part of the process, not just shifting boxes. There's a clear pathway to learn the technical side if you're hungry for it.
The reality.
You're supporting production lines - packing finished products, running in-process quality checks, labelling, palletising, and helping with machine changeovers and cleaning. You'll work to daily targets in a regulated environment where accuracy and attention to detail actually matter.
Cleanroom gowning, following SOPs, and keeping your area tidy are part of the deal. It's manufacturing, not an office - you need to keep pace and stay switched on.
What you get:
£28,000. Two shift patterns available:
- Standard day: Mon–Thurs 6:45am–4:30pm, Friday 6:45am–1:30pm (43.75hrs)
- Double shift: 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, Mon–Fri (40hrs)
Proper training, regulated manufacturing environment, and the chance to develop into more technical roles if you show you're capable.
You'll love this if you:
- Can follow instructions and work accurately without cutting corners
- Don't mind getting stuck in and keeping pace with production flow
- Want to work somewhere with structure, standards, and progression - not just a revolving door
- Prefer early finishes and no weekends over a standard 9-5
- Like the idea of learning technical skills on the job
No experience in cleanrooms needed - if you've worked in food, pharma, warehousing, or any manufacturing and you've got the right attitude, that's what matters.
This won't be open long. If you're reliable, want to learn, and fed up with dead-end roles, let's talk.
Drop me a message or apply now.
