Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate
Contract: 6 weeks+ initially, with potential for extension
Pay: 12.28 per hour

Our client is seeking several dedicated Production/Manufacturing Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team at the Wrexham Industrial Estate site.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and pack link boxes accurately and efficiently

  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and attention to detail throughout all tasks

  • Assist with some manual handling duties



What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not essential

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Strong team player, motivated to help achieve collective targets

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality work



Hours:

8am - 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
8am - 1pm (Friday)

This role is working within a sterile manufacturing environment where you are heavily governed by Medical Health Regulations, this requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will be working within the Aseptic Unit and pick face, responsible for batch of materials, sterilisation and prepping raw materials ready for the next shift.

Ideally you will have worked within Pharma, Food Manufacturing or a sterile environment. You will need excellent working knowlege of cGMP and SOP's.

Do you want a career? Do you want progression? If so we are seeking a number of experienced permanent machine production operatives who are looking for an opportunity to lead the way forward in a brand new state of the art facility based in Deeside.

What you will be doing

Day to day you will be operating & monitoring large scale machinery using the control panels, ensuring the machinery runs smoothly & efficiently.

You will be producing paper & tissue products.

Shift

This is working a three-shift rotation, Monday to Friday,

Days 06:00-14:00 - Then - Afternoon 14:00-22:00 - Then - Nights 22:00-06:00

To be considered

Full training will be provided to candidates with the following:

  • Have prior production experience (not just warehouse work).
  • Solid CV not swapping jobs every 5 minutes
  • Be able to interview on the 29th August and able to start at the end of September.

The training will involve a fully expensed trip to Spain or Italy to have hands on training with the machinery before it's installed in Deeside. So you will need an in date passport.

  • A salary of 33500 per year inc shift, plus overtime (28000 basic + 10% for morning, 10% for afternoon, and 20% for nights).
