Full time and part time opportunities available. 

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Work on a busy production line 
• Remove blemished or damaged potatoes, chips or wedges from the line
• Assist with the packing of the product
• Maintain good manufacturing practices by keeping your work area/line clean and tidy and make sure all near-misses and accidents are reported to management
• Any other duties as required

Shift pattern:

• Full time or part time available 
• Monday to Thursday
• Days (07:00 - 19:00) or nights (19:00 - 07:00) available 

Please be aware pay rates will be increasing from April 1st 2025.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a two x Production Operator to join a leading manufacturing company based in Poole.

Introduction

The primary role of the Production Operator will involve the assembly of the site's products as well as operating machinery and equipment.  

Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery and assembling products
li>Performing manual handling and repetitive tasks, such as moving goods and cleaning machinery.
• Labelling, and packaging of all products.
• Assisting the machine setters
• Basic inspection of products 
< i>Filling out production documentation
• Work to company H&S procedures

Ideal Experience:

The ideal candidates will have some experience in a production / manufacturing environment, this could be within assembly, machining or even a stores facility.  Someone that is reliable and eager to learn new skills.

Any experience of operating extrusion machinery and / or previous forklift experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary:

£31,200 per annum (£15 ph - shift allowance included)
