Location: Corby
Shift: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (all hours paid)
Pay: Circa. £25,000 (with pay increases over time)
Contract: Temp to Perm

Duties:

• Packaging items directly from the production line
• Boxing and labelling finished products
• Moving boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets securely
• Completing basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Counting and recording products accurately
• Following order notes and instructions
• Supporting the wider production team when required

The ideal candidate must:

• Have previous experience in logistics, packing, or production (preferred)
• Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Have strong attention to detail and reliability
• Be willing to learn and undergo training for further development

Shift: Panama / Continental Shift Pattern - 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am), rotating days and nights.
You will work an average of 42.5 hours per week over a 2-week repeating rota (Working only 7 days out of 14)

Duties:

• Packing finished products from the production line
• Boxing, labelling, and palletising goods
• Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
• Moving pallets using a pump truck
• Completing basic quality checks and counting products

The ideal candidate must:

• Have previous experience in a production or logistics environment
• Be confident with packing, labelling, and manual handling
• Be able to read, write, and follow written instructions
• Have experience using a pump truck (preferred but not essential)
• Be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with a repetitive role

Based centrally in Bolton with great access to public transport links, you will join the team on a rotating shift pattern. Previous experience would be great but full training will be offered.

• Working in the packing area, the duties will include:
